Crawford & Associates International CEO Sally Crawford was offered an opportunity to do a usability study for the PBWC, and I was tasked with designing several site concept to present to the group. As a team we reviewed their existing site, conducted navigation tests and provided the results of these tests and the resulting designs that came out of these tests.
