Sevant.com was a startup that set out to provide in-home technical support for consumers with computer problems. They had a trained pool of "sevants" that would drive around and provide house calls to fix customers computers. (Somehow Geek Squad figured out how to do it.) It didn't fair too well and they went out of business. This was the cover of a user guide that we were building to train the sevants so they would be well equipped to handle their support calls.
